Order Cancellation Policy
Arvenal reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory shortage, damaged stock, product quality issues, supplier delays, pricing or listing errors, or any situation where we are unable to fulfil the order as expected.
If an order is cancelled by Arvenal, the customer will be informed via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customers may also request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at arvenal.support@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our return policy.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items
- Products not in original condition
- Items returned after 30 days

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
